��️ Site Superintendent - Retail / QSR Renovations (GTA)


I'm currently working with a well-established and busy General Contractor that specializes in QSR, grocery store, and commercial retail renovations across the Greater Toronto Area.


They're looking to add a hands-on Site Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced, high-turnover environments and knows how to keep projects moving.
�� The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys quick-turnaround projects, working in live environments, and managing multiple stakeholders.
Projects typically include:

• QSR renovations (restaurants, fast food chains) ��
• Grocery store upgrades & retrofits ��
• Retail fit-outs and renovations ��

These are fast-track projects where coordination, scheduling, and communication are critical to success.
��️ What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple renovation projects
• Coordinate and schedule trades, deliveries, and inspections
• Manage projects in active / open environments with minimal disruption
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards at all times
• Read and interpret drawings and proactively resolve site issues
• Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and subcontractors
• Drive projects to completion on time and on budget
• Maintain site organization, documentation, and reporting

�� What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent (ideally with a GC)
• Strong experience in retail, QSR, or commercial interior renovations
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced, tight-schedule projects
• Experience working in occupied / live environments
• Strong trade coordination and scheduling skills
• Solid understanding of construction drawings and sequencing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid G Driver's Licence ��

�� Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
