Site Superintendent - ICI Construction

A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations on ICI construction projects across the GTA.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, labour, materials, and equipment
• Manage project schedules, look-ahead planning, and site logistics
• Oversee quality control and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Maintain strong site safety practices and compliance with Ontario Health & Safety regulations
• Track RFIs, field reports, daily logs, safety documentation, and project progress
• Communicate effectively with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve site challenges

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience within ICI construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site operations
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Gold Seal Certification considered an asset
• Education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
