We’re seeking a motivated Structural Designer to join a collaborative Buildings Group, where you’ll contribute to the design of structural systems for a diverse range of projects from residential and mid-rise buildings to industrial facilities and commercial developments.
Working under the guidance of senior engineers and mentors, you’ll have the opportunity to take projects from concept through to construction while developing expertise in wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures.

What You’ll Be Doing: - Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to design structural systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Apply knowledge of wood, steel, concrete, and masonry to create durable, cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed construction and permit documents, including structural drawings and specifications.
- Support high standards of engineering quality and contribute to project success from concept through construction.
- Grow your professional skills through mentorship, training, seminars, and involvement in industry associations.
What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with up to 4 years of structural design experience.
- Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and related material design standards.
- Working knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS), AutoCAD, and Revit (asset).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and work both independently and in a team setting.
