As a
Structural Engineer, you’ll design and oversee structural systems using
wood, steel, concrete, and masonry, preparing detailed construction documents, performing quality control reviews, and managing construction inspections. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring every project meets design intent, regulatory requirements, and high standards of quality.
This role is perfect for someone with 7–10 years of structural experience who thrives in a dynamic, small-team environment, enjoys solving challenging problems, and is eager to continue growing professionally through mentorship, training, and exposure to diverse projects. You’ll work with
structural analysis software such as ETABS, S-Conc, or S-Calc, and gain hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD to bring projects to life.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and P.Eng. designation in Ontario
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and structural design standards
- Proven experience designing wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams
