Superintendent

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Manager; provide regular updates and reports.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and safety compliance.
- Ensure adequate staffing to meet project objectives.
- Identify and address design deficiencies, schedule issues, and other project challenges.
- Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change notices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent with wood frame or low-rise projects.
- Proven track record from pre-construction to project completion.
- Ability to build relationships with field staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Base salary range: $100,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
