Superintendent Opportunity - Marine Construction

A leading marine contractor is looking for an experienced Superintendent to take charge of day-to-day field operations and keep high-profile marine projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Focus Areas:
- Oversee marine equipment fleet, dispatching, and maintenance planning
- Lead and mentor hourly staff and subcontractors
- Coordinate long-term repairs with equipment and yard teams
- Ensure full compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and project specifications
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and support procurement needs
- Drive strong communication across project teams and stakeholders

What You Bring:
- 2-5 years' experience as a Superintendent or similar supervisory role
- Technical training or trade certification
- Solid understanding of marine or heavy civil construction practices
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards under pressure
