Job Title: Traveling Site Superintendent - 3-Month Contract

Location: Saskatchewan (Travel Required)

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually + accommodations & travel covered
SSA is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Traveling Site Superintendent to oversee commercial retail renovations and big box store remodels across Saskatchewan. This is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Enforce strict health and safety standards on-site
• Conduct daily site inspections and progress reporting to project management
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timelines and expectations are achieved
• Proactively identify and resolve any site issues or delays

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in commercial retail and big box store renovations
• Proven track record managing fast-paced, occupied-site renovations
• Strong ability to manage trades, schedules, and quality control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be willing to travel and remain on-site for the duration of the contract
• Valid driver's license required
