Service Centre Manager – Appliances

SSA are representing a leading European Manufacturer within the Appliances industry who are seeking a Service Centre Manager to join their team. Our client is a leader in this industry and operates on a global scale, both B2C and B2B – as well as through a distributor network.


As the Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for up to 15 technicians who provide after sales, installation and a repair service to both end users and dealers across the region. You will organise, schedule and motivate the team of technicians as well as be responsible for ensuring you have sufficient parts and resources to complete all requirements. You will be the escalation point for any complaints as well as the representative of the brand to end users and dealers regionally.


To be considered for this role, you will have at least 3+ years UAE experience in a similar role, although direct industry experience is not essential, you will have excellent man management skills, be fiercely organised and have a complete customer service focused mindset.

You will have managed teams of 10+ technicians and have had full responsibility of a after service centre in the region.
