Plans for the development of a new student residence in the city centre have been given the go-ahead.
The new 25-apartment development will house 116 students.
The plans from Signature Trustees Limited and Mark McMahon included the redevelopment of the former Railway Hotel on Parnell St along with a creation of a new seven-storey building on Davis Street.
