Since joining SSA in 2013 he has moved on to become a Main Board Director with responsibility for the day to day running of the UK business along with oversight of Canada, Ireland, UAE & Australia while still recruiting within the Highways & Infrastructure market working closely with both Specialist Civils Contractors up to Tier 1 PLC’s.

Kieran is a graduate from Liverpool John Moores University, and joined SSA in 2013. With a background in construction, having spent 2 years as a Quantity Surveyor with an RC Frame & Groundworks Contractor, a career in construction recruitment was natural one to pursue. He is now a Main Board Director, responsible for operational & commercial function of UK business along with oversight of Canada, Ireland, UAE & Australia business units, whilst still recruiting within the Main Contract Build sector.

Kaylee ensures the smooth running of the London, Dubai and Australia office which includes managing all Finances, Debtors, Creditors, Payroll, HR, IT support, team events & social media as well as providing executive administrative assistance to our Group CEO. Luke Lane

Luke holds a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying from University of Westminster, and worked as a Quantity Surveyor with leading Drylining Sub-Contractors in London for 5 years before he decided to pursue a change of career into recruitment - allowing him a more interpersonal & sales focused role which better matches his skillset. He joined SSA in May 2024 and is recruiting within the specialist Carpentry, Drylining, and Interior Fit Out sectors.

Ella started her career working with a Building Merchants before moving into in recruitment with a labour supply agency. She has gained valuable insight into the recruitment industry and construction sector through supporting candidates. She wanted to expand on her knowledge and grow her expertise in white-collar recruitment as part of the team at SSA, and joined as a Recruitment Resourcer for the Civil Engineering & Main Contract Build divisions.

Sean holds an Honours Degree in Business Management from Dublin Institute of Technology, and has a proven track-record in client and customer-facing roles. Sean joined SSA Group in 2016, where he currently holds the position of Director with overall responsibility for our Irish operations. He also heads up the Main Contractor (Build) division, working closely with both Tier 1 Main Building Contractors, as well as small to medium sized contractors.

Ian Mclean joined SSA group in June 2017 to manage the Middle East operations. Boasting over 12 years construction recruitment experience, he previously worked for Matchtech, one of the largest construction and engineering recruitment agencies in the UK. Ian has now been based in the Middle East for the past 10 years, during which time he has partnered with leading contractors and consultancies across the MENA and APAC regions on some of the world’s most iconic projects. Gavin joined SSA Group in April 2017 initially based in our Vancouver, Canada office overseeing operations on the West Coast of North America working with Real Estate Developers, PMC's and Main Contractors. After 5 years working in the Canadian and US markets Gavin relocated to the Middle East to take over the Real Estate Development, Investment and Asset Management desk covering UAE, KSA, Qatar and other GCC countries. During this time Gavin has built strong ties especially across UAE and Saudi Arabia with Tier 1 private and public Real Estate Developers, PMC's and Holding Companies focused on markets such as residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, entertainment and more. Ben started his recruitment in the UK over 11 years ago, working specifically in the UK & European building envelope/facade sector; he joined SSA North America in 2014, over-seeing the start up and development of 4 offices, Vancouver, Toronto, New York and Portland, Maine, with plans to open more locations over the coming years. Ben works with the majority of the leading national and regional façade contractors & consultancies in the US and Canada, he regularly places individuals into CEO/COO roles, through to entry level production or project engineering/management position. Ben is also a Main Board Director at SSA, with responsibilities to help develop SSA’s global operations.

Nathan joined Owen Thomas Group in November 2024, with a focus primarily on the state of Texas and its neighboring states in the General Contracting, Residential, and Design markets. My area of focus is placing construction professionals (Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Project Coordinators, Estimators, and Health & Safety Managers) with reputable general contractors and/or construction management firms who work in the ICI sector construction.

Prior to recruitment, I spent 15 years managing fitness facilities, which goes hand in hand with my athletic background of being a former division one athlete and semi-professional baseball player. Prior to recruitment, I spent 15 years managing fitness facilities, which goes hand in hand with my athletic background of being a former division one athlete and semi-professional baseball player.
