Bid Manager – Specialist Civils Subcontractor – London -£80k
About the Client: My client is a leading specialist civils subcontractor across the London market. They were founded in the early 90’s and have continued to grow year on year with a turnover up to £100m. They cover RC Frame/Groundworks and Demolition projects up to value of £25m.
About the role: This is an ideal role for someone with experience of working in the civils sector and in particular, RC Frame and Groundworks. You will take the lead as Bid Manager for the contractor and be responsible for building a pipeline of projects. You will then be tasked with expanding your team and set up a structured division for the contractor.
About the requirements: You must have at least 10 years Bid Management experience and it is essential that you have worked in the civils sector. You must have industry knowledge to hit the ground running and ideally have a commercial background. You will be responsible for your own division and be expected to promote the contractor, get business leads and tie up contracts.
