About the Role: The client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager from industry, to help run projects up to £40m in London. You must be a hands on Construction Manager with good communicational skills, and be able to forge good relationships with Engineers, Project Managers, Surveyors and the main contractor alike, whilst having the skills to deliver the site within the required time frames.
About the requirements: Ideally you will have 5 years + experience as a Construction Manager within the Civils sector, and ideally have good knowledge of RC Frame/Ground works related sites. You will be required to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and have the ability to drive and deliver sites on time.
