About the Role: The client is seeking an experienced Piling Contracts Manager from industry to run a project in Luton. You will provide the link between the pre-construction and construction team ensuring that site establishment plans are implemented, reporting directly to companies Construction Director.
 
About the requirements: You must have the following skills – Resourceful, Strong organisation and time management skills. Ability to multi-task. Experience construction site experience is preferred. Excellent inter-personal skills and being a team player. Willing to take ownership of a work task, produce the information required to high standard, within the time scales set Confident open communicator. Able to build creditable relationships with others Self-motivated and enthusiastic
 
About the benefits: Annual salary of £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience. 5 days per week Mon-Fri. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays. Option to purchase or sell 5 days holiday per annum.
