About the Client: My client provides specialist services to the construction industry. These include Jumpform/Slipform Construction, Concrete Repairs and Diamond Drilling. They are in business almost 20 years and have a grown turnover year on year.
 
About the Role: My client need a Contracts Manager for a New Division they are looking to build up – Fire Protection. You must have significant experience in industry and this is a real opportunity to really progress your career. Some of the duties include;

  • Experience within the fire protection sector in a similar role 
  • To develop new systems and procedures.
  • Management and co-ordination of direct fire protection team and subcontractor (as applicable) work duties engaged in installing and removing fire protection equipment from customer sites including ceilings, walls, floors, and other structures.
  • To create and update work plans for all fire protection services and work carried out for customer requirements.
  • Liaising with site contractors and clients on fire protection product requirements and producing detailed work quotations matching client expectations.
  • Manage any budget and or resources within identified parameters with regular reporting to the management team of progress and status.
  • Attend weekly management meetings and provide costings, budget, project requirements and job completion for the fire protection division.
  • Produce client reports which outline the work carried out to project work plan.
  • Support the business with all aspects of legal compliance, fire risk assessments and audits in relation to the division

 
About the Requirements: You must have at least 5 years industry experience which has progressed year on year. You must have relevant qualifications to industry.
