Finishing Foreman/Manager – High End Residential Refurbishments
Finishing Foreman required with main contractor specialising in high end residential refurbishments & construction projects throughout London.
About the Client: The company has been established for over 25 years and have built up an extensive portfolio of prestigious residential and commercial renovation, extension and new build projects across London
About the Role: The successful candidate will be joining a strong existing management team, with the objective being to increase the range of experience and number of site managers within the department, to manage the future secured workload on new build and refurbishment projects.
About the Responsibilities Reporting to a Site/Project Manager; the Finishing Manager will have full responsibility for the fit-out & decorating stages of the project. The following headings set out the broad range of responsibilities;

- Practical build-ability assessment & input.
- Material scheduling and purchase requisitions.
- Labour and subcontractor site management & motivation.
- Site Management of Health & Safety, risk assessment and method statements.
- Quality management responsibility on site for the process and final product.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and consultants.
- SMSTS
- 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry through to handover
- Painting & Decorating / Fine Finishes
- First Aid Qualification.
