My client are a leading RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor in London. They are a well renowned contractor with a strong client base. They have a current turnover of £120m and work on projects to the value of £25m. They have recently outgrown their old offices so have moved into brand new purpose built offices.
About the Role: My client are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor for a roaming multisite role across London. These projects will range in value from £3m up to £20m. You will only be responsible for safety onsite, liaising with your colleagues and the client and promoting a strong safety culture.

About the Role: My client are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor for a roaming multisite role across London. These projects will range in value from £3m up to £20m. You will only be responsible for safety onsite, liaising with your colleagues and the client and promoting a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities will include:
- Engaging across the site, implementing health and safety policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Conducting training, toolbox talks, inductions and investigating incidents where required
- Reviewing the production of risk assessments and method statements and answering any health and safety related queries
- Undertaking audits and inspections of the site, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on the findings
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role with RC Frame experience essential.
- Ideally a Health & Safety degree but a NEBOSH will suffice
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to tailor a message
- Drive and enthusiasm with the willingness to learn, develop and grow in the role
