Plant Manager RC Frame/Gwks Bedfordshire £65k
About the Client: Our client predominantly operates in the Groundwork sand civil engineering sector. They are a small to medium sized company which is comfortable in delivering projects ranging from £500,000 up £10 million.
About the Role: You will manage the upkeep and maintenance of Plant Fleet throughout various sites in the Northern Home Counties and surrounds, but to be mainly based out of the yard in Bedfordshire. You must have significant experience as a Plant Manager and ideally have worked with an RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor.
- Maintaining the Heavy plant & Light Vehicle fleet.
- Troubleshooting/Fault finding of defective equipment
- Ordering parts
- Working closely with site management to ensure low downtime.
- Liaising with Main dealers to report faults or to organize servicing.
- Working closely with the Managing Director.
