Project Manager £350 – £400 per shift Oxford
The Client: The client is a specialist RC Frame and Ground work contractor. They have been a leading subcontractor for the last 50 years in London and merit a lot of respect in the industry. They work on projects up to the value of £12m and have a turnover nearing £25m.
About the Role: The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager from industry, to run a Groundworks scheme in Oxford. You must be commercially aware, take control of the Site office, strong paperwork and communication skills as well taking the lead on safety and setting a strong culture onsite. You will have to manage a team of engineers, Health & Safety Advisor and a Foreman and report to a visiting Contracts Manager.
About the requirements: Ideally you will have 5 years + experience as a number one onsite within the Groundworks sector. You will be required to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and have the ability to drive and deliver sites on time. You would ideally come from an engineering background and worked your way up.
