About the role: My client has a need to add to their Operational team and have an opening for a Project Manager to cover a complex £10m Demolition project in Central London. You will be responsible for the onsite management of this project, ensuring it is managed within time and budget. You will have direct responsibility of all site staff and also have a clear understanding of the value of the contract and its duration and understand the client, project expectations, and requirements.
About the requirements: You must be degree qualified, ideally in civil engineering, and have continually progressed your career from an engineering background and have managed sites at least to the value of £10m. You will have the day-to-day operational lead so communication with site operatives and liaising with the client is very important.
