Quantity Surveyor –RC Frame/Gwks – Central London – £60k/70k
About the company: A relatively new contractor to the London Market, my client have grown year on year since its foundation. They were predominately a groundworks contractor but have grown into the superstructure market. They have strong experienced professionals in senior positions which will enhance this business to grow further. They have a current turnover of circa £80m work on projects up top £25m across London and the Home Counties.
About the role: My client has a need to add to their commercial team for a £10m project in Central London. You will take commercial responsibility for the scheme reporting into a visiting Commercial Manager. You will have an Assistant QS reporting into you onsite also.
About the requirements: You must be degree qualified and must have at least 4 years Commercial experience, ideally within the RC Frame sector. You must have experience on projects up to the value of £10m.
