SITE MANAGER – ROOFING & CLADDING – SOUTH WALES 

About the client: My client is a specialist Roofing & Cladding/Facades sub-contractor based and operating across the South West / South Wales. They are now seeking a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

About the role & duties:

  • Ensuring operations are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety company policy’s and regulations
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with company stakeholders, clients, staff and suppliers
  • Managing and organising labour on site
  • Coordinating site logistics with Logistics Management
  • General weekly reporting with programmes
  • Collecting material POD’s and reconciling with PO’s
  • Weekly client and progress reports
  • Attending daily and weekly meetings
  • Coordinating and maintaining Inspection Test Plan records
  • Maintaining drawing registers and construction drawings
  • Carrying out weekly tool box talks and maintaining registers
  • Coordinating hired plant on site

About the requirements: 

  • Experience with roofing & cladding systems is essential
  • Experience in delivering high valued projects with large teams
  • 5+ years relevant experience at management level
  • IT literate
  • Client facing
  • CSCS/SMSTS
