SSA are currently recruiting for a leading Main Contractor within Civil Engineering & Utilities who are looking for Site Supervisors to join their Thames Water AMP7 framework covering Trunk Mains Replacement & Lead Pipe Replacement projects across the London region.
This role will involve:
- Supervision and resourcing of allocated jobs to maximise production and monitor quality of work in progress by:
- Maintaining good working relationships and close liaison with client, stakeholders and members of the public
- Ensuring good health and safety practices are followed
- Assisting with human resources issues, including staff training
- Managing the allocation of company vehicles plant and equipment
- Ensure high standard of quality of work is maintained from the supporting staff
- Monitoring overall site performance
Essential:
- Experience within Civils and/or Water
- SSSTS & NRSWA Supervisor
