Project Manager – Client-side

The Company

My client is a leading International Project Management consultancy that specialises in full project, development management and advisory services. They work with a number of high-profile clients and Govenrment agencies. They typically look after complex infrastructure projects across Commercial, Education, Health and Defence. Due to exceptional growth, they require an experienced Project Manager to join their high-performing team.
  
The Role

Reporting to the Project Leader, you will be based in their Melbourne office. You will be responsible for the following –

  • Client management and consultation
  • Project Planning/Feasibility studies
  • Risk Management
  • Design Management and Value Engineering
  • Procurement of construction services
  • Delivery of construction services
  • Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent
  • Commissioning and post contract duties for handover
  • Oversight and delivery of the project

You will have

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  • Qualifications in Construction Management/Project Management/Engineering or Architecture
  • 3-8 years experience in Project Management
  • Experience in Education/Health projects is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/client groups
