The Company
SSA Group have partnered again with a leading Industrial builder. They have an excellent brand in the market and are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their project team. With a number of greenfield sites in both the North and Eastern suburbs, they have a start portfolio of projects ready to start.
The Role
Working closely with the Construction Manager you will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to –
- Large focus on Industrial projects
- Project values ranging from $15M to $50M
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Handle project life cycles
- Liaise with the client throughout the construction process
- Support Senior Management team
- Ensure project runs on time and within budget
- You will perform duties both on-site and in the office
Requirements
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent
- Client-side Project Management experience
- Experienced in delivering industrial projects over $15M
- 5 years of local industrial project management experience
- Competent using CHEOPS, Procore software
