My client is a leading Consultancy that specialises in full Project/Development Management and Property Advisory.
They work with a number of high-profile clients and typically look after projects across a number of different sectors.
Due to exceptional growth, they require an experienced Project Manager to join their high-performing team.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be based in their Inner Eastern Suburbs office. You will be responsible for the following –
- Client management and consultation
- End-to-end project management skills
- Project Planning/Feasibility studies
- Risk Management
- Procurement of construction services
- Delivery of construction services
- Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent
- Commissioning and post-contract duties for handover
- Oversight and delivery of the project
You will have
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- Qualifications in Construction Management/Project Management/Engineering or Architecture
- Demonstrated track record in project delivery
- Client-Side or Consultancy experience required
- High-level communication and technical ability
- Management of multiple stakeholders and relevant groups
