My client is a leading International Project Management consultancy that specialises in full project management and advisory services. They have a long-standing relationship with arguably Melbourne’s most prestigious university and require a Project Manager to assist on their capital works projects.
The Role
- Client management and consultation
- Project Planning/Feasibility studies
- Risk Management
- Design Management and Value Engineering
- Procurement of construction services
- Delivery of construction services
- Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent
- Commissioning and post contract duties for handover
- Oversight and delivery of the project
You will have
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- Qualifications in Construction Management/Project Management/Engineering or Architecture
- 2+ years experience in Project Management either in a Consultancy environment or main contractor
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects/client groups
