SSA Group has partnered with an established and respected Global retail and workplace Fitout company based in Sydney. They have been awarded a number of new projects and need a Site Manager to join their team. You will have the opportunity to progress within the company based on performance.
The Role:
- Long term role with an industry leader who values its team and are committed to the continued growth of employees.
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule.
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders.
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program.
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site.
- Security of working for an established industry leader who has a strong pipeline of work well into the future.
Requirements:
- Min. 1-2 years experience in a Site Supervisor/Manager role in the Fitout sector.
- Sound Knowledge of OH&S and Site Safety.
- Ability to lead a team and adhere to the project schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Hold a trade qualification (Preferably Carpenter) or hold strong on-site experience.
