SSA Group has partnered with an established and respected Global retail and workplace Fitout company based in Sydney. They have been awarded a number of new projects and need a Site Manager to join their team. You will have the opportunity to progress within the company based on performance.
  
The Role:

  • Long term role with an industry leader who values its team and are committed to the continued growth of employees.
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program.
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site.
  • Security of working for an established industry leader who has a strong pipeline of work well into the future.

Requirements:

  • Min. 1-2 years experience in a Site Supervisor/Manager role in the Fitout sector.
  • Sound Knowledge of OH&S and Site Safety.
  • Ability to lead a team and adhere to the project schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Hold a trade qualification (Preferably Carpenter) or hold strong on-site experience.
