Due to the continued expansion of my client’s operations, I’m looking to speak to all Journeymen Plumbers and 3rd/4th Year Plumbing Apprentices willing to take the next step in their career and work on some of British Columbia’s most prestigious and interesting projects.
My client’s operations have been unscathed by the recent outbreak due to their impressive project portfolio, one that spans across British Columbia and the US in the residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional spaces.  Experience Required:

  • Previous experience across the installation of plumbing & mechanical piping systems across either residential, commercial, industrial or institutional projects
  • Hands-on experience across the installation of plumbing and gas-fired equipment which includes boilers, tanks, pumps etc.
  • Experience in project take-off/site design and material management
  • Keen eye for safety and ability to uphold the safety protocols and measures put in place by my client to ensure the safety of all employees
  • Ability to analyze and interpret construction and schematic drawings, technical documentation and equipment specifications

Qualifications Required:

  • Mechanical Trade qualification
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Strong work ethic with impressive mechanical problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also within a team. Capable of mentoring and aiding the development of junior apprentices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction/schematic drawings is essential
  • Experience in pipe layout, threading, and brazing is beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience and knowledge in cast iron pipe is highly desirable
