About the role:
This is a great opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join one of Ireland’s leading Main Contractors. Based in Dublin, duties will include but not be limited to;
– Establish and maintain project files
– Procurement of subcontractors and agreeing final accounts
– Prepare valuations and progress reports
– Prepare take-off’s from drawings and BoQ’s
– Monitor costs to ensure budgets are adhered to
– Measure and value variations

My client is a recognised Tier 1 Main Contractor with a track record of delivering Commercial, Residential, Education and Healthcare projects throughout Ireland.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking Assistant & Project Quantity Surveyors for a number of their new and existing Dublin sites.

Position requirements:
The successful candidate will ideally possess;
– Degree in Quantity Surveying
– Demonstrated Main Contractor experience
– 1-5 years experience in a similar role
