About the Client:
Our client is a well established firm with over 20 years experience with a key involvement in the residential commercial and multiple projects ongoing nationwide. They are an award winning Architectural Practice and have a key involvement in the Irish construction Industry and have a West Dublin location.
Positioning requirements:
- Minimum 3 years postgraduate Irish Experience
- Strong BCMS / BCAR experience.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills required.
- Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations & Planning Guidelines.
- Own transport / car and full driving license.
- Site experience an advantage.
- RIAI Registered is essential
