About the role:
This is a great opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a market-leading Consultancy in Dublin. Duties will include but not be limited to;
– Prepare tender documents
– Tender evaluation and assessment
– Pre-contract cost planning and estimating
– Post-contract project cost control and reporting
– Assess and prepare interim valuations
– Attend meetings with clients and design teams

My client is a dynamic PQS Firm that has an extensive pipeline of work within both the Residential and Commercial industries.
As a result, they’re now seeking Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to be based in their head office in Central Dublin.

Position requirements:
The successful candidate will ideally possess;
– Degree in Quantity Surveying
– Previous PQS experience preferable
– Contracting experience will also be considered
– Chartered status desireable but not essential
