About the company:
Our client is a family ran business based in Monaghan. They are currently engaged in a number of ongoing projects throughout Ireland. The successful candidate will be site based in their manufacturing plant in Monaghan.
About the role:
- Site-based position.
- €35,000 – €40,000 salary for the right candidate.
- Joining a highly regarded family business who specialize in Steel Fabrication.
- Gain experience with a renowned industry leader.
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of all on-site new employee and contractor training sessions.
- Assist with training session planning, documentation creation, and paperwork filing.
- Assist in the delivery of toolbox Talk.
- Keeping track of safety documentation and paperwork.
- Successfully collaborate on-site with the overall Management team and senior Health and Safety employees.
- On-site, promote a strong safety culture.
To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following:
- Relevant qualification (Level 8 / 7 or NEBOSH).
- Strong communication skills.
- Some Experience is helpful but not necessary.
