I am seeking a Project Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor, for a project in Kildare.
€80k – €90k base salary + package on offer.
The company in question are a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have extensive experience in a wide range of sectors, including data centres, residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, hotels and more.
The project you will be based on initially is fitout works on the large scale industrial project in Co. Kildare. Minimum 2 years on this project, with a strong pipeline of work ahead thereafter.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience
- Experience working with a Main Contractor in either Ireland or the UK.
- Excellent negotiation/communication skills, confidence in making decisions, and strong commercial awareness
- IT Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Planning Software – Microsoft Project, Asta or the like would be an advantage
