About the client:
Our client is a multi-disciplinary practice with a key involvement in the Irish construction Industry, they are an award winning practice and are currently involved in an array of projects ranging from Residential, Commercial, Educational, and Industrial sectors.
Positioning requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years post part III experience is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD a minimum plus keen interest in BIM/proficiency in Revit an advantage.
- Experience leading design teams from start to finish including preparation of planning, tender and construction packages.
- Ability to organise and manage projects including administering RIAI contracts to ensure high standard of design and execution.
- Good knowledge of Irish statutory requirements and procedures including Health & Safety, Planning and Building Regulations: FSC/DAC & BCAR.
