I am seeking a Senior Engineer on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor with vast experience in the delivery of complex civil engineering projects. You will be part of their road maintenance team, which covers the main motorways in the greater Dublin region, carrying out a variety of interesting work.
Salary + package will depend upon experience but will be in the €60k – €70k salary range plus package.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist in maintaining the progress on site in accordance with Project Programme, H&S and Building Regulations.
- Assist in producing and maintaining contract programs with the Project Manager/Contracts Manager
- Liaise with senior management and commercial teams to ensure the project meets overall budget requirements
- Management of the procurement of materials, plant and equipment needed for the project
- Management of sub-contractors and site personnel
- Drive project through to successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Maintaining, tracking and scheduling work programmes and reviewing weekly progress reports from the master construction programme

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Degree qualified in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Highly motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
