About the role:
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned Developer in Dublin. Duties will include but not be limited to;
– Manage project budgets
– Prepare works packages for procurement
– Agree monthly valuations and subcontractor accounts
– Monitor change and process variations
– Prepare monthly CVR reports
– Mentor junior surveying staff
– Prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts
– Attend client and subcontractor meetings
About the company:
My client is an established Residential Developer who has a number of large schemes under construction with more to commence in the coming months.
They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on a significant development in North Dublin.
A salary of €75-85k is on offer plus package which includes car, pension, healthcare among other benefits.
Position requirements:
The successful candidate will ideally possess;
– Degree in Quantity Surveying
– Demonstrated Main Contractor experience
– Previous experience on large commercial projects
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
