We’re looking for an
Accounts Payable Clerk with 1–2 years of experience to support the finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and eager to build a long-term career in construction finance.
Responsibilities: - Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of all AP transactions
- Assist with weekly cheque runs and EFT payments
- Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding balances and payment status
- Support month-end close and reporting processes
Qualifications: - 1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or accounting support role
- Exposure to the construction or development sector is an asset but not required
- Proficiency with accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
