Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to - Coordinate staff travel, accommodation, and vehicle bookings across projects and offices.
- Manage administration and time management operations to support daily business activities.
- Assiste project teams with project setup, subcontractor coordination, and local authority liaison.
- Supported senior management with operational and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional documentation.
- Maintaine compliance documentation, project records, and audit requirements across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with HR, H&S teams, accountants, insurers, and external consultants.
