�� Hiring: Construction Estimator (ICI) - Richmond Hill / Vaughan (In-Office)
We're looking for a Construction Estimator with 5+ years of ICI experience to join our growing GC/CM team in Richmond Hill / Vaughan.
What you'll do:
- Prepare detailed estimates & tender submissions for ICI projects
- Analyze drawings, specs, and trade pricing
- Work closely with PMs and preconstruction leadership
- Support healthcare, institutional, commercial & industrial projects
What you bring:
- 5+ years estimating ICI projects (must-have)
- Healthcare project experience (strong asset)
- Strong tendering, scope review & cost control skills
- Comfortable working in-office 5 days/week (no hybrid)
Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 (DOE)
