We are recruiting for a CSA Site Manager on behalf of a leading international general contractor delivering major mission-critical infrastructure across Germany. This is a hands-on site leadership job for a CSA Site Manager who wants full ownership of civil, structural and architectural works on a high-profile data centre build.
The Role
As CSA Site Manager, you will oversee all CSA activities on site — managing subcontractors, enforcing quality and HSE standards, and acting as the key link between site operations and the project leadership team. This job comes with a permanent German GmbH employment contract and a comprehensive expat package, making it an outstanding opportunity for a CSA Site Manager looking to plant roots in Germany.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervising subcontractors and site labour across all civil, structural and architectural works
• Managing quality control, HSE compliance and site reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaising with the on-site Project Manager and Project Director on progress, risks and priorities
• Controlling scope changes, deviations and supporting project closeout

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 3–5 years' experience in site supervision, ideally on data centre or industrial projects
• Strong HSE knowledge and subcontractor management capability
• Fluent English required; German is a plus

• Salary: €70,000 – €95,000 base (DOE)
• 12% car allowance or company car
