Our client, A M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, data centre, pharma and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

About the role:

• Dublin based position

• €85-95k salary

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Coordinate electrical design, liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and participating in design reviews.
• Oversee daily and weekly work plans, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage site operations, supervising personnel and coordinating specialist subcontractors.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, developing, and enforcing the project programme.
• Communicate progress, costs, and key issues to project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, liaising with relevant departments and site teams

Position requirements:

• Electrical trade background essential.
• Minimum 8 years’ site construction management experience preferred.
• Strong delegation, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with the wider project team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects to high safety and quality standards.
