Client-facing role
Team Management
Major Material Management
Cost Management
Monthly Valuations
Interaction with HQ Accounts
Value Engineering
Change Order review/Management
Contract negotiation
Cost Reporting
Project Labour Plan Management
Invoice review & assessment
Contractor & sub-contractor buy-out review and recommendation
Project Close Out documentation

Requirements: 

- Proven experience managing complex electrical construction projects in hospitality, data centre, or pharmaceutical environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations, including high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet strict project timelines and quality standards.
-Expertise in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications for high-end electrical installations.
- Excellent budget management, scheduling, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on minimizing risks and ensuring compliance
