Our client, A Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on data centre and pharma sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland
About the role:
• Negotiable Competitive salary €90-110k (DOE)

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Plan, organise, and manage electrical construction projects (LV, MV, HV) from start-up to completion.
• Act as main client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop and implement project plans, including procurement, scheduling, safety, and quality.
• Lead site teams and sub-contractors, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with budgets and timelines.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and final account settlement.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Requirements:
• 3rd level qualification in Electrical/Building Services Engineering or strong trades background with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Experience on large-scale projects (data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, or fast-paced office fit-outs) as main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of project management, engineering, commercial practices, and HSE systems.
• Skilled in planning, prioritising, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage team performance effectively.
• Competent in estimating, problem-solving, and optimising use of available resources
