Duties include: - Responsible for the delivery of Projects according to the contract requirements, time limits, company quality standards and construction regulations.
- Attend the Project Handover meeting with the wider team to receive a full project package handover and to develop the QEHS (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) documents.
- Set up of the Site Office and Stores c/w QDG Signage erected.
- Maintain Site Office and Stores to a high standard for the duration of the Project.
- Co-ordinating mechanical services and builders work drawings.
- Issue of Bi-Weekly P&T HILTI Reports.
- Maintain master requisition schedule.
- Order materials and check plant deliveries dates ensuring they arrive on programme.
- Recording deliveries, liaising with suppliers and issuing signed delivery dockets to the Procurement Department as required.
- Assist payroll with any Timesheet queries that may arise.
- Manage sub-contractors and direct staff on site regarding safety, quality, and co-ordinating installations.
- Assist the Project Engineers, ensuring the Quality Assured Doc’s are delivered at the Milestones set out.
- Attend site meetings.
- Attend white board meetings with the main contractor to review daily updates.
- Ensure all installations on site are maintained to QDG standards.
- Assist the Contracts Manager in producing a programme of works for the project.
- Oversee commissioning and testing of mechanical services.
- Project closedown actions and decant from site
Requirements:
- Previous project management experience of HVAC installations on a healthcare project is required.
- Proficient use of all MS Office programmes.
- An excellent communicator and leader who is able to motivate themselves and others to meet stringent deadlines.
- Full drivers’ licence is required.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a strong focus on continuous performance improvements in day-to-day tasks.
