Lead Planner, Rail & Transit Our client, a global engineering and infrastructure delivery firm with over 60 years of experience on complex transportation projects worldwide, is expanding their Canadian presence. They're looking for an experienced project controls professional to join a major rail and transit infrastructure program.

This is a senior planning role focused on performance analysis, schedule governance, and delivery predictability, rather than administrative scheduling. You'll act as a project controls advisor to project leadership, supporting forecasting accuracy and multidisciplinary coordination, with exposure to project governance, commercial interfaces, and advanced planning analytics.
What you'll be doing: - Developing and maintaining integrated master schedules across design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning
- Building forecasting models and performance indicators, with scenario planning and early risk identification
- Supporting delay impact assessments and change management, working closely with contract and risk teams
- Preparing and presenting schedule performance reports to clients and governance meetings
- Coordinating planning information across engineering, cost, and management teams
What we're looking for: - Engineering degree, Civil Engineering preferred
- 8 to 10 years of planning experience on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
- Rail and transit project experience is mandatory
- Advanced experience with Primavera P6 and TILOS, plus strong Excel skills
- English required, French and Spanish are assets
- Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with comfort working in complex stakeholder environments
