Our client, A reputable Electrical Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, industrial pharma and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

About the role:

• €75-85k salary
• Fully expensed company vehicle

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Lead project initiation, tender handover, scope validation, cost planning, and billing schedules
- Develop procurement strategies, delivery programmes, resource plans, and design coordination
- Manage client relationships, direct site operations, and ensure programme and supply chain performance
- Establish and implement EHS and quality frameworks, conduct audits, and oversee contractor coordination
- Monitor financial performance, manage variations, reporting, documentation, handovers, and certification
- Drive project closeout, lessons learned reviews, professional development, and continuous improvement

Position requirements:

- Electrical trade background with 5+ years’ relevant project management experience
- Proven ability in PSCS duties, commercial management and estimating
- Strong planning, programme delivery, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities
- High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to motivate teams
- Eligible to work in Ireland with full clean driving licence
