SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager on behalf of a M&E Contractor for a Galway-based position. You will be based in Galway. This is a permanent position within the company.

Our client are a long-established M&E Contractor who have a very strong reputation within Ireland and have an impressive catalogue of work.

About the role:

• Galway based role 
• Become part of an established Health & Safety Team with Advisors reporting into you.
• Permanent Position

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Report on the subcontractors' and project teams' safety performance and make suggestions to management as appropriate.
• Monitor EHS Advisors reporting into you.
• Help with the collection of Health & Safety Documentation as a whole.
• Ensure that staff are aware of their obligations.
• Partake in raising awareness of health dangers and on-site training.
• Delivery of HSE standards, systems, and processes.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Minimum 6 - year related experience preferred
