SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Officer on behalf of an established Civil Engineering Contractor to join their business on a permanent basis. This is a Northern Irish based role.

My Client are a renowned Civil Engineering Contractor who for over 40 years ago has been a highly respected company who specialise in Transport, Telecoms and Infrastructure projects.

About the role:

• Become part of a sizeable EHS team.
• Lucrative Salary Package, which is flexible based on experience, in addition to a company vehicle.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; 

• Make sure that Health & Safety documentation is updated
• Accident investigation and the necessary paperwork and process thereafter.
• Complete Method Statements & Risk Assessments
• Complete site safety audits
• Ensure that inspection records are maintained for all activities and plant equipment

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Relevant Qualification
• Minimum 1-year related experience ideal
• Full Driving License
