SSA are partnering with a leading Mechanical Contractor who are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager in Brisbane to lead site-based teams across major commercial construction projects.
With a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking for a driven HVAC Site Manager to join their growing team.

With a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking for a driven HVAC Site Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery with HVAC values up to $10m+
- Supervise teams, coordinate labour, materials, and oversee client & stakeholder relationships
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with builders, clients, and project partners
- Motivate and lead your team to achieve successful outcomes
- Several years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Manager, ideally on large-scale commercial projects
- Strong industry knowledge and practical expertise
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Long-term mindset with a strong commitment to the company’s success
- Competitive salary package starting at $130k–$140k + Super + Car
