The Role You’ll work alongside Project and Construction Managers to oversee the on-site delivery of large-scale HVAC installations, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing HVAC installations on commercial sites
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and labour
• Overseeing procurement and delivery of materials
• Reviewing plans and attending site coordination meetings
• Mentoring junior staff and upholding WHS standards

About You

• Proven experience as a HVAC Site Supervisor / Manager
• Trade background in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Plumbing or Sheet Metal
• Strong knowledge of Australian HVAC Standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable, team-focused, and results-driven
