Job Description

SSA Group are seeking a Project Manager on behalf of a highly reputable mid-sized main contractor in Dublin.
The company have a history of delivering high quality projects in a diverse range of sectors including manufacturing plants, pharma, research laboratories, commercial office fitouts, and more.
They are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the Dublin region, working on construction and fitout projects ranging in value from €1m to €20m.
The company have a strong portfolio of ongoing and planned work so this is a permanent, long term position.

€75,000 - €85,000 + package on offer, depending on experience.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Irish or UK construction industry is preferred.
• Proficient in project planning and scheduling using tools like Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Strong budget management skills with the ability to monitor costs and ensure financial goals are met.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
