Looking to speak with experienced Project Managers based in Dubai who have strong experience in the UAE working large-scale residential/hotel/high-rise projects. Our client is an established local developer who continue to push the boundaries in the Real Estate sector and are keen to add the best local talent to their team.

Ideal candidates will have completed several local projects from start to finish in a PM or Senior PM role with another Real Estate Developer or General Contractor.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead, mentor and manage project team from inception through to completion ensuring timely delivery and meeting expected company standards.
• Liaise with all relevant parties throughout the process maintaining budget meets pre construction parameters devised with preconstruction team.
• Participate in all relevant processes through preconstruction phases working with design team to meet constructability and compliance for assigned project.
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors as required for contract negotiation and conflict resolution during all phases. 
• Update budgets, schedules and revisit all necessary steps during construction phase ensuring accuracy for all internal department reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of lead management experience on large-scale residential developments of similar size and scope.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field.
• Expert knowledge of construction management, scheduling and estimating software as required to run a successful project.
