HVAC Project Manager

SSA Group is proud to be partnering with a leading HVAC Contractor to recruit an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their Adelaide team, based in Hindmarsh.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, national Tier 2 mechanical contractor with over 30 years of success and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Australia.
The Role

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects across SA
• Work across sectors including healthcare, transport, data centres, commercial and retail
• Oversee project planning, budgets, procurement and resourcing
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve issues
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as key point of contact
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and industry standards

About You

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or similar (preferred)
• Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects in Australia
• Background with a Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 contractor highly regarded
• Strong commercial acumen and project financial management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management ability
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement
